He has earned his PhD from Nottingham University in the UK, in International Business focusing on service organizations, customer relationship management and satisfaction.
As a dedicated University Professor as well as president and director in many international organizations, Tawfik bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to his role as a co-founder and president of Family-Tours Canada where he leverages his skills to manage and lead the company to deliver an exceptional value and a superior customer satisfaction to travelers worldwide and continue Family Tours successful journey started 40 years ago.
With a blend of academic expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, Tawfik and his team are committed to driving innovation and delivering excellence in all our endeavors.
